Morning all, as you probly guessed, yesterday was one busy monday!! I just want to say sorry to all my faithful readers=-)
I want to share with you a portion of scripture that spoke to my heart...
Psa 105:1-5 "O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;"
When I read this portion of scripture, the following seem to just jump out at me...
Give thanks unto the Lord.
Call upon His name.
Make known His deeds.
Sing unto Him.
Talk ye of ALL His wonderous works.
Glory in His Holy Name.
Seek the Lord, and His strength.
Seek His face evermore.
Remember His Marvelous works that He hath done;
His wonders, and the judgements of His mouth.
Then I thought, these are good instructions for a wonderful day, week, month, year or even a lifetime! Bro Dodd and Bro Russ encouraged us sunday to think/concentrate on the good and that is just what these verses teach us too! To wake and give thanks to the Lord is always a good start to a great day! But add to that, calling on His wonderful name, singing and testifing of all His mighty (and wonderful) works! THEN, you will have one great day ahead!
And that is what I hope for each of you today! ONE GREAT DAY!! You and the Lord make a powerful combo, so go in His spirit and accomplish great things on this beautiful spring day!! Love to all!! =-)
